Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, we will contact you to arrange one of the following:

If Royal Mail confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Risk & Ownership
- Responsibility for your order passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.
- Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.
Split Deliveries
In some circumstances, we may send your order in more than one shipment. Where this happens, there will be no additional delivery charge.
